We have small home space filled with mid-century furniture and influences, books, photographs and walls of framed artwork, but items of feature were definitely missing. These have taken pride of place and filled the void nicely. I love how each of the ten sets (comprised of three figurines) are designed by different artists to reflect the collaborator's creativity. They don't go un-noticed by kids either who eye them off for play time. They are visually appealing for us as decor (obviously), but are also pretty hardy in construction so it's nice that they also get appreciated occasionally for what they are.. toys.
You can find them online HERE

I love these! What a wonderful friend to buy you a gift like this! These really appeal to the fun side of me and I know for a fact that my little George would love these!
ReplyDeleteLord of the Flies - takes me back to the 5th Year at School and studying it in English lessons. Really did not like that book. But I understand why it's studied.
My gf has the biggest heart! I could see your little George getting stuck into them :) Ah.. yes Lord of the Flies. I haven't read that one yet. Thanks for the heads up :) I might leave it til last!
