Friday find: Isabel Marant Milwauke boots

The desire to get involved in the current boot scooting madness that has hit me hard with the arrival of the Isabel Marant Milwauke boots which are finally online.  Question is with my bursting at the seams shoe closet should I buy or not?!  Argh... life's complexities...

I've been told that the Blackson boots are more flattering on the leg but that studded detail is so darn cute and the bulleted sling strap is the deal breaker that makes me lean towards this shoe.  If subtly isn't your thing and you happen to be chasing a little yee ha cowgirl(ish) bling to adorn your tootsies too, you can find them HERE and HERE.

  1. Those are my favorite Isabel Marant boots for this season! They are absolutely perfect. If only they weren't that expensive... Xo

    1. I have to agree. The price is the real sticking point for me. As much as I love them I think I'm going to have to pass to. I love your latest post by the way. Gorgeous! xx

  2. Defiitely BUY, Mandi! :) If there's any fall shoe you're planning to buy, I would say go with this or Givenchy one- these two are statement shoes to me! I like Milwauke over Blackson as I find the studs and (detachable) strap just perfect! If I could afford it I wouldn't hesitate a minute! :) xxx Kathrina

  4. Gorgeous boots! I have been drooling over all these IM cowboy boots ever since I saw them on the runway, but after very long consideration I think I might pass and will enjoy them on all the blogs. Although, I am still not sure. So I agree, this is just so 'complex'. :) xx Kayin

    1. The detailing really is quite special but after much deliberation and the reality of reading your comment about lifestyle (and the boots pricing), I've decided to pass. Sigh... I'll admire these pretties on others. xx

  8. I impulsively bought the Blacksons when they were on Moda Operandi, and now I can't sell them! The western print was too much for me, especially, when I thought the boots were grey and they turned out black. These Milwaukes in white are really something....
