My dream shearling jacket: 3.1 Phillip Lim

I happened to wander into a lovely little boutique the other day and spotted this 3.1 Phillip Lim shearling leather jacket.  It was from last season so had a substantial 50% mark down from $1,900 (Australian) to $950.  I tried it on, but alas it was too large and I don't think it could be sized down suitably without considerable effort, cost and a risk of having to add extra seams or altering the original shape.

Although it looks like it has quite a bit going on with the different leathers, textures, shearling shag, colours and zips, it looked exceptionally elegant on and incredibly flattering.  The leather was buttery soft and the fur was the fluffiest and softest I've ever felt.  It's my dream shearling jacket, perfect for throwing over some jeans and a simple tee which accounts for most of my casual wardrobe.
